Course Overview and Target Audience

The Food Industry Forum , “Calorie Labeling: Who’s Paying Attention and Why,” will be held on Monday, November 3rd from 1:45 – 3:15 pm EST.

One of the hottest topics of debate today is calorie labeling as a strategy to enhance consumer understanding and to encourage industry action to achieve healthier diets.
